How We Ship Your Products
Petslifeonline.com ships by first class airmail and is then delivered to your door with USPS. Delivery typically takes seven to eight business days to USA, eight to twelve business days to Canada, five to seven business days to the UK and France. Orders within Australia take two-five business days to arrive.

How We Determine the Shipping Prices
All orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99 up to a total order value of $100.00 (AUD) Orders over $100.00 (AUD) receive free shipping. However, oversized and packages weighing more than five pounds (2 kilo) may be charged additional shipping fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase or the first business day following the purchase if purchased on a holiday or weekend. A Petslifeonline.com consultant will contact you if an item is backordered or otherwise delayed from the manufacturer. Petslifeonline.com may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time.
How To Return Your Order
Petslifeonline.com wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 18 days from the invoice date for a refund or replacement (less shipping). The return shipping will be your responsibility. to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Important Notes:
- Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, with no seals broken, including all manuals and other materials provided by the manufacturer. Damaged or partially used products will not receive a credit.
- Returns maybe subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. The initial and return shipping charges are non refundable.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
- We recommend sending returns by Airmail in sturdy packaging to protect the product from damage and wear in transit.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to provide you with the fastest and best service possible. Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packed for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes a return order and you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning it to us.
Refused Orders
Should you refuse to accept a package upon delivery, upon return of the package to us, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges if it is returned in saleable condition.
