When used as directed, HW tablets has a wide margin of safety for dogs of all breeds, including stud dogs, breeding bitches and puppies 6 weeks of age and older.
Tablets can be safely combined with flea and tick treatments.
For dogs over 45kg, give an additional half tablet of the large dog size for each 20kg over 45kg.

Consult a veterinarian if your dog has not previously been on heartworm prevention medication or if there has been a lapse in your dogs preventive program.
